Read full bios on our team page and choose by:
- Therapist — who feels right for you
- Focus — individual, children/teen, couples, or family
- Location — virtual, Ajax, or Oshawa
- Specialty — betrayal, ADHD/autism, Christian counselling, LGBTQIA+, non-monogamy, trauma, and more
- Language — English, French, Spanish, Urdu, Farsi
How It Works
Option 1: Choose “Consultation,” then the consultation type, for a free 20-minute meeting with your therapist. Read What to Expect During Your Therapy Consultation to prepare.
Option 2: Ready to start? Choose your session type — individual, couples, family, or child/teen — and book directly. We’ll email consent forms to your Jane profile; complete them before your appointment.
A credit card on file is required for paid sessions, not for consultations.
Rates
- Individual: 50 min, $180
- Couples/family: 75 min, $280
- Extended sessions available on request
Billing
We direct bill. Booking on your own? Upload your insurance info and we’ll follow up to confirm eligibility.
